No. I explain everything in plain English, and if I use a technical term I translate it on the spot.
Usually not. For most support calls you just share your screen on Zoom. For setup projects I only ask for the minimum access needed, and I explain exactly why.
Systeme.io is my specialty. I also work with Go High Level, WordPress, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, all major email platforms, payment processors and most marketing tools. If I haven't worked with your platform before, I'll tell you upfront.
Most projects start within 1 to 2 business days. Urgent fixes often get same-day availability.
If I can't solve your problem in the first session, you don't pay. If you're unsatisfied within 30 days of a project, you get a full refund.
A tech support session is $29 per hour, and website packages start at $1,200. For anything else, book a free discovery call and I'll give you a clear quote.
