Refund Policy

Refunds of Digital/ Subscription-Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/ subscription-based goods, the following steps must be taken: A refund request must be sent in writing to hello@petermutie.com.

Our refund policy for online courses is as follows:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the course has been completed or more than 25% of the course content has been accessed.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the course has been accessed for more than 30 days.
  • Refunds will not be issued for courses purchased at a discounted rate or during a promotional period.
